fantastic stay with great service
helpful staff free bus pass hiking trails convenient location
the staff was really good, hannah and sylvia provided ideas of what to do and helped me check in. i also appreciated the free bus pass (a great perk!) for the duration of my stay, it made travel much easier than driving. i found the hotel very close to hiking trails too, it was very convenient for outdoor activities.
The wi-fi did not work well in the room. I had to go to the hallway to get a signal.

the hotel is located right in front of the bus station. while slightly outside the center, the accessibility is excellent with buses running frequently. the views from the location are amazing, with the mountains providing a fine backdrop.

the double room was spacious and clean with a nice mountain view. the mattress was very comfortable, and the room included all necessary amenities. the room size was ample, especially appreciated after long days of hiking.

convenient transport mountain view delicious food p o o r s o u n d p r o o f i n g
i really appreciated the included bus pass, so transport into town was very simple. the stop was conveniently located right outside the hotel. the views of the mountains and glacier visible from the hotel were fantastic. the restaurant offered delicious food and was very convenient after a long day.
the soundproofing wasn't perfect and i could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

the family room included comfortable beds. the bathroom was spacious and very clean with all the essential toiletries provided. plenty of room for luggage ensured we were never short on space.

Mountainside Serenity

The peaks seemed so close, I could almost touch them from my room. Our check in flowed effortlessly, and the staff greeted us with such warmth. I found the beds particularly nice, perfect for restful sleep after days spent hiking. The restaurant's proximity was a bonus, dinner plans occurred with ease.
The cold cereal offered each morning lacked any flavour or freshness. A more appealing variety would have enhanced the breakfast experience considerably.
